Shop Policies & Terms of Service

1. The Consultation Philosophy

My readings are a professional service providing intuitive analysis and strategic insight. I am a blunt, objective, and upfront reader. I do not "sugarcoat," feed fantasies, or provide "hopium." I deliver the messages the cards provide, which reflect the complexities of the human experience—both positive and negative.

2. Booking & Delivery Protocol

• Digital Nature: All services are delivered digitally (recorded video link or typed PDF/Email). No live appointments are offered at this time.

• Turnaround Time: * Email 📧 readings (Typed): 48 Hours.

• Video Readings: 5 Business Days.

• First-Come, First-Served: To maintain fairness, I do not "bump" orders. Quality cannot be rushed. If you require an immediate answer, please do not book.

• Information Requirements: All requested intake information (Name, Zodiac, Status, etc.) must be provided at the time of purchase. Delays in receiving your information will result in a corresponding delay in delivery.

3. Communication Policy

• Official Channel: All business-related communication must be conducted through the shop’s contact form or official email.

• Social Media: I do not use Instagram or YouTube DMs for client support, order updates, or personal advice. Due to high volume, messages on social media will go unanswered.

• Follow-up Questions: A reading is a complete transmission. I do not offer free follow-up questions or "clarifications" after a reading is delivered. Additional insights require a new booking.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of intuitive work, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are permitted once the service has been delivered.

• Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline a reading and issue an immediate refund if I determine we are not energetically compatible or if your request violates my ethical boundaries.

5. Ethical Boundaries & Exclusions

I do not provide readings regarding:

• Medical/Health: Including pregnancy and fertility.

• Legal/Financial: Including specific investment outcomes or court cases.

• Privacy: I will not "snoop" on third parties who are not aware of the reading.

• The Paranormal: I do not provide services regarding ghosts, curses, voodoo, or demonic entities.

• Extreme Predictions: I do not read on death or gambling.

By law, I must state that all readings are for entertainment purposes only. My insights are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You maintain 100% free will and are responsible for all life decisions made following a session. Must be 18+ to order.
