All Sales Are Final

By purchasing a private recorded reading, you are commissioning my time, expertise, and energy. Once the order is placed, the process begins. Therefore, I do not offer refunds for any reason.

 Service vs. Outcome

You are paying for a service (the intuitive analysis and recording), not a specific outcome or "message." I do not guarantee that you will like the contents of the reading. My job is to interpret the cards accurately, not to validate your preferences. A "negative" reading or a message you disagree with is not grounds for a refund.

Delivery & Technical Issues

Turnaround: Readings are delivered within the timeframe stated at checkout.

Links: You will receive a private link to your video. If you have trouble accessing the link, I will provide a technical fix or a new link, but this does not entitle you to a refund.

Accuracy of Info: If you provide incorrect names, dates, or details in your intake form, the reading will proceed based on that information. No "do-overs" are provided for client errors.

Chargebacks & Disputes

I take a "zero-tolerance" approach to fraudulent chargebacks. If a dispute is opened via a bank or payment processor after the service has been delivered, this policy and your signed intake form will be submitted as evidence of a completed contract. Furthermore, anyone attempting a chargeback will be permanently banned from my shop and all future services.
