• No Refunds: Once a personalized digital reading is delivered, the energy and labor have been spent. All sales are final.

The Step-by-Step Process

1. Selection: You choose the reading that fits your current needs (Entrepreneurial, 3-Question, etc.).

2. The Intake: You provide your name, zodiac sign, and (if applicable) your Open-Ended Questions.

3. The Queue: Your order is placed in my queue. I process all readings on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. The Transmission: Within 5 business days (for videos) or 48 hours (for typed), you receive your link or email.

5. The Integration: You watch/read, download your file, and begin the work of applying the insights to your life.
